THE POSITION:

Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes
Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times responding to feedback positively and proactively
Cleaning temperature recording and allergy recording

THE PERSON:

Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
Talent and drive to work under pressure unsupervised and to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Passion for understanding WHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
Able to get to site for early morning start
