The Engineering Strategy & Transformation Leader is a pivotal individual contributor responsible fordriving shaping and executingcritical strategic initiatives that define the future of our engineering organization. This role demandsproven expertisein developing comprehensive strategic plans andleading the implementationof large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess ahighly strategic analytical and transformational mindset a deep passion for the automotive industry and a demonstrated ability toinfluence and collaborate effectively with Vice Presidents Directors and other senior leadersto significantly advance our mobility vision.

In this position...

Strategic Planning:

• Lead in the development of strategic plans for the engineering organization aligned with overall company goals.
• Lead the identification of strategic priorities growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Transformation Initiative Lead:

• Lead in the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at improving engineering efficiency innovation and agility.
• Lead the development of project plans timelines and budgets for transformation projects.
• Manage progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

What youll do...

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate across engineering and program management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  

Youll have...

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Electrical Automotive Industrial) or a related field.
• 5 years of experience.
• Experience with automotive product development systems data analysis or strategic planning.
• Experience in planning developing and deploying transformation projects is a plus.

Even better you may have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Qlik PowerBI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends technologies and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
