08The Team: The current position is with Data Quality & Governance team. Mission of the Quality team is to become a trusted partner of content teams to drive improvements in data quality so our clients can make business and financial decisions with confidence.
This position is associated with data quality assessment for Transactions content team who collects data pertaining to Mergers & Acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to perform accuracy check on various data points collected by data collection team.
Analyze error trends and root causes of opportunity areas
Identify procedural gaps and data inconsistencies and work with content team to improve them.
Provides input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset
Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team
Increase learning by accomplishing Learning Xchange & LinkedIn Learning modules as well as modules for policy compliance
What Were Looking For:
Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning
Should have exposure to work on data analysis through excel hands on with SQL queries and reporting inferences through dashboard
Strong attention to details and persistent approach to work
Effective communication skill (written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions
Strong desire of upskilling
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or postgraduate degree in Finance from a recognized university.
Strong Secondary Research Skills
Individual having minimum 4 years experience in Corporate Actions (M&A/IPO/Buyback/Corporate Alerts) or Company Profiling or Reference Data.
Should have exposure working on some department level projects and clearly define the deliverables
Proven ability to work with minimal direction maintain focus while working with routine tasks.
Ability to prioritize multi-task and effective time utilization/project management skills
A positive attitude strong interest in research flair for writing and an eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge on Statistical tools such as Pareto/5-Why analysis FMEA and CAPA is added advantage
Lean/six sigma certification is a plus to have
Knowledge of Visualization Tools (Power BI Tableau etc.) is desirable
