Provide guidance on proper use of gym equipment and correct exercise techniques.
Offer nutritional and wellness tips to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Operations & Maintenance:
Ensure all fitness equipment is clean safe and well-maintained.
Monitor the gym area to enforce safety standards and prevent accidents.
Assist with scheduling fitness activities and updating class timetables.
Maintain accurate records of member usage training sessions and feedback.
Sales & Promotion:
Promote spa wellness and fitness services to increase guest participation.
Support hotel wellness initiatives special events or promotional activities.
Compliance:
Follow hotel health safety and hygiene policies.
Adhere to emergency procedures and first aid protocols when necessary.
