$105145 - $142255Extensive credit recovery experience neededManage distressed or delinquent accounts of large complex operations in primary agriculture production agribusiness or agri-food.
What youll do:
Analyze financial statements and determine realistic attainable workout options
Negotiate repayment agreements and loan amendments
Manage recovery activities on complex and high-risk accounts
Collaborate with customers lawyers creditors and other stakeholders as required throughout the recovery process
Mentor a team of credit professionals on collections and recovery
What were looking for:
Strong coach and mentor
Proven communicator and relationship-builder
Organized multi-tasker and analytical thinker
What youll need:
An undergraduate degree in finance or business and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth understanding of commercial lending and recovery practices credit legislation bankruptcy and receivership
