Job Description

Our Weekend Scheduling Supervisor/Med-Tech works closely under the Health and Wellness Director to ensure staffing over the weekends. You will oversee operations at the community and be a manager on duty Saturdays and Sundays. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration staff management ensuring staff members are following health care guidelines and other tasks as delegated by the Health and Wellness Director and management. This is a dual position as you will also be expected to work med-tech shifts on Fridays and Mondays.

Responsibilities

  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Create and maintain schedules over the weekend by managing call-offs and finding coverage or working missing shifts.
  • Working Med Tech shifts on Fridays and Mondays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living preferred
  • Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years preferred
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CNA highly preferred.
