This role is your chance to shape mobility programs that go beyond logistics. Youll design and manage policies that support expatriate compensation relocation and compliance while ensuring a seamless experience for employees and their families. How Youll Make an Impact

  • Develop and manage global mobility programs

  • Coordinate international assignments including visa immigration and relocation logistics

  • Design and administer expatriate compensation housing and benefits packages

  • Advise business leaders on mobility strategy and policy compliance

  • Partner with vendors to ensure smooth relocation experiences

  • Monitor global regulations and assess potential impacts on employee safety and operations

  • Coach junior team members and review mobility processes for improvement

  • Align mobility programs with talent development and business growth goals

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field

  • 5 years of experience in global mobility or international HR

  • Strong knowledge of expatriate policies immigration and relocation practices

  • Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
