As a Transaction Control Processing Associate in the Trade & Working Capital Operations team you maintain and enhance operational standards for trade finance transactions. You ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements. You collaborate across teams to deliver accurate and timely transaction processing for our global clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as changes occur.
- Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking improvements.
- Actively engage in new deals and attend project management calls.
- Ensure effective adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle and turn around transactions within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Escalate issues immediately for prompt resolution.
- Monitor transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth migration.
- Review and validate payment messages and transaction details.
- Support reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations Structured Solutions.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Structured Solutions Products including Accounts Payables and Receivables.
- Apply strong understanding of payments processes.
- Handle payment messages MT103 and MT202 with accuracy.
- Process transactions related to Accounts Payables and Receivables efficiently.
- Perform reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Exhibit a control mindset to evidence and check all payment activities.
