WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Nike Digital Moments & Initiatives team drives commercial consumer & sports moments across Nike Digital. Specialist reports to the Director of Digital Moments & Initiatives and works with moments leads and cross-functional teams to shape and execute impactful digital journeys that deliver against targets.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams across Nike Digital in both EMEA and Global offices. The Specialist collaborates with Digital Marketing Integrated Media Experience Operations Supply Chain Finance Legal Merchandising and Planning to deliver premium consumer experiences.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a digital commerce specialist who is passionate about sport curious about consumer behavior and motivated to accelerate growth through compelling digital moments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and brings a strong mix of analytical creative and operational skills.
You will have experience in digital retail shopping journeys and campaign management and be comfortable navigating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences. This role requires someone who is proactive data-driven and energized by innovation.
Key qualifications:
Professional experience in digital commerce including trading pricing and promotions to deliver the business targets
Experience in user experience consumer journeys and project management to build commercial campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards (e.g. Adobe Analytics Tableau) consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources and translate retail data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Youll contribute to the Digital Commerce Moments & Initiatives strategy by shaping commercial calendar programming and supporting key consumer moments. Youll co-create campaign journeys define scope and objectives and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting ideation and planning for digital moments & initiatives.
Co-defining timing scope and consumer journeys for campaigns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute activations.
Engaging in business gates pre-season in-season and post-activation processes.
Managing reporting and communications across the teams.
Leading hindsight analysis and transforming insights into future recommendations.
