Your opportunity
As Manager Contract Coordinator (Contract Administration) you will step into a key leadership role at Boliden Smelters. Here youll have the chance to lead and develop a team of fourteen people responsible for the administration of purchase and sales contracts for the refined metal sales . You will play a central part in driving improvements ensuring high quality and efficiency and shaping the way we work going forward.
What you will do
In this role you will lead coach and develop a professional team within contract administration and logistics. The team members are in Stockholm UK and Germany. You will set clear goals provide ongoing feedback and foster an inclusive and motivating work environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring the execution of purchase and sales contracts from handover to final payment overseeing the administration of inbound and outbound product flows and providing pricing data for risk management. You will ensure contract compliance advise stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations and take an active part in performance reviews recruitment salary setting and development initiatives. You will also make decisions within budget approve invoices according to attestation rules and drive change by developing working methods for increased efficiency and quality.

What you bring
You have a university degree in finance or a related field and documented experience in leading teams within administration logistics or contract management. You have an excellent command of English both spoken and written and experienced working methods and continuous improvement. Your strong business acumen and structured goal-oriented approach set you apart as a leader.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Metals Director BA Smelters and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance Risk Management and other teams within Smelters. Externally you will interact with suppliers customers and service partners including IT ESG and Finance departments.
