Position:Special Education Teacher Long Term SubstituteLocation:Milford High School Schedule:October 6 2025 December 23 2025 (Estimated) Salary:TBDTo Start:October 6 2025Qualifications:Massachusetts Department of Education Teacher License-l Certified in Moderate and/or Severe Special NeedsKnowledge and experience with Curriculum Frameworks of Portfolio AssessmentsExperience administering MCAS Experience administering and interpreting diagnostic assessmentsExperienced administering evaluationsExperience working with students diagnosed with AutismHigh School experience preferredResponsibilities:Liaison for students on caseloadDevelop and modify curriculum and curriculum materials for each studentCo-teach and/or small group classroom instructionSupervise assistants in the classroomComplete evaluations and reports for initial and re-evaluation of studentsWrite IEPs and progress reportsFacilitate annual review meetings according to regulations and timelinesAbility to use software credit recovery system
