Job Description
Were looking for an experienced and mission driven Teen Residential Substance Use Treatment Program Supervisor to join our Adolescent Residential team in Greenville NC (GAR). As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What Youll Do
As the Teen Residential Substance Use Treatment Program Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the 24-hour treatment team in Greenville NC. You will be in charge of compliance team training as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Supervisor provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the 12 staff to ensure growth consistency and continued financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm 40 hours per week; evenings and weekends as needed. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What Were Looking For
Ready to make a real impact as a Teen Residential Substance Use Treatment Program Supervisor Were looking for someone who has passion and in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques while making a difference where it counts! A leader who possesses top-tier communication skills adept at problem solving on- call support and de-escalation tactics in times of a crisis. Additionally we require the following:
- Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field with experience.
- CADAC certification is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in adolescent substance use preferred.
- Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
