Warehouse Technical operator FM

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Warehouse Technical Operator (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department within the Customer Care Centre perimeter based in Toulouse France.

You will join our Airbus working party team engaged on aircraft major repair specific structure/systems modifications trouble shooting or technical advisory on all Airbus aircraft family in the respect to our Part 145 regulations.

You will be part of the Working Party Technical Operations France in cooperation with a worldwide Working Party Warehouse Network.

• The Contribution of all Logistic aspects to ensure a smooth transportation of our Working Party tooling worldwide in the respect of customs rules and IATA regulations.

• To contribute to ensure the right application of our Metrology process and follow-up of all quality discrepancy identified during calibration check.

• To contribute to tooling development and deployment in coordination with the Working party warehouse network.

• Day time hours with varied time slots (from 7h to 17h30)

• The position is located in an external site between Colomiers and Plaisance du touch.

Your challenges:

• Ensure the full adherence to Part 145 Airbus Maintenance Organization procedures

• Ensure a proper inventory of the Warehouse tools stock and manage stock level to secure business continuity.

• Ensure the correct conformance and quality from suppliers through goods receipt and the handling into stores.

• Ensure creation and update of the item data sheet in SAP for tools and kits.

• Ensure working party tools incoming Inspection and refurbishment and handling into stores.

• Ensure the issuing out and proper packing of the tools prior shipment to ensure working party tooling on time delivery and quality to support our operations worldwide.

• Follow Metrology process through Calibrated tools serviceability and dispatch to laboratory.

• Contribute to tool kit definition and creation or update while ensuring a good identification.

• Perform Machining operation to support the Creation of tool kits and ensure FOD conformance.

• Support Working Party Tooling team to produce tools prototype by using 3D printing..

• Support our Working Party Experience centers by providing the correct tooling in order to better train our working party staff.

Your boarding pass:

• A least 5 years experience in this type of role

• Experience in Working party operations

• Knowledge of EASA Part-145/FAA 145 regulations to understand working party applicable procedures.

• Knowledge of Logistics activities.

• knowledge of Metrology principles.

• Good technical knowledge of Aircraft manufacturing and Maintenance.

• Good Technical knowledge of Tools use on aircraft.

• Good level of English both written and verbal.

• Demonstrative communication exchange with various interlocutors .

• Ability to work with a good level of Autonomy.

• Ability to work as part of an integrated multidiscipline multicultural team.

• Demonstrate a strong team spirit especially while working with a multi-functional team.
