What Youll Do:

As our Service Advisor youll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a smile listen to their concerns and provide expert advice on their vehicles needs
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service appointments ensuring efficient workflow and minimal wait times
Diagnosis and Recommendations: Work closely with our skilled technicians to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services and repairs
Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle including any additional recommendations or changes to the service plan
Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service to address any concerns and build lasting relationships

What Were Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related role is a PLUS but we will train the right person!
Skills: Excellent communication organizational skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive repair processes and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics
Attitude: A positive proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
