Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join a growing metal fabrication team in West Tulsa. This role involves operating equipment such as plasma tables band saws press brakes and shears to process raw materials. The Machinist will be responsible for ensuring precision safety and quality in all production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plasma tables band saws press brakes and shears to cut and process materials.
Read and interpret work orders blueprints and drawings.
Measure and inspect materials for accuracy and quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
Assist with loading/unloading materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

Prior experience with plasma tables band saws press brakes or shears preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions.
Dependable punctual and team-oriented.
Forklift experience a plus (but not required).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
