Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mig/Tig Welder 2nd Shift to join a reputable client in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy a late-shift schedule and want to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Mig/Tig Welder 2nd Shift will perform high-quality welds on structural and pipe projects ensuring durability and accuracy in every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on tube-to-plate plate-to-plate and pipe-to-plate projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints job orders and technical drawings.
- Weld structural steel components according to standards and specifications.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while working in a production-driven environment.
- Keep equipment and workstations organized safe and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Must pass a 6G pipe test (2 ½ on carbon TOA).
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency with general structural steel welding.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Dependable punctual and able to perform in a fast-paced setting.
