Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Accurately obtain and record vehicle and customer information
- Communicate symptoms clearly as described by the customer
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age mileage and history
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
- Set clear follow-up expectations via phone text or email
- Monitor work progress throughout the day and keep customers informed
- Ensure final invoices match completed work
- Review repairs and charges with customers at pick-up
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- 35 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a high-line dealership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy friendly personality and a team player attitude
- Technologically adept ADP and tablet experience is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
- A desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
- Professional integrity and a positive mindset
Pay: $90000.00 - $140000.00 per year
