We are looking for Lead/Project Engineer Turbine Control System to be part of our Automation Solutions global team.

The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical implementation of turbine control system project deliveries ensuring timeliness cost efficiency and meeting our customer this position you will work with our customers from Energy Process and Marine businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and implementation of TCS Turbine Control System (hardware and system design application engineering) for steam/gas/hydro turbines on Valmet DCS platform

• Coordination and execution of turbine project activities to meet agreed schedules and deadlines

• Creation of project documentation: hardware and software definitions system layouts cabinet drawings IO lists loop diagrams FAT procedures/protocols quality documents

• Participation and organization of internal testing (iFAT) and customer Factory Acceptance Tests (cFAT)

• Participation in SAT and commissioning on the customer site

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Process know-how of gas turbines steam turbines and experience related to the turbine control system

• . or . degree in automation (or similar) is considered a perfect background

• Knowledge and experience with automation control systems (DCS / SCADA / PLC)

• Knowledge and experience with safety systems functional safety overspeed protections and special measurements

• Very good English (both written and oral) is mandatory

• Driving license (at least B category)

• Willingness to business travels (up to 30% of working time)
