Job Summary
We are looking for a Parts Engineer who will respond to sales enquiries from customers received by phone internet or e-mail clarifying all enquiries to ensure that we offer the best solutions to customers ensure export compliance and enhance opportunities for parts divisions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Understand part status and technical specification maintain and activate items as necessary.
Selecting appropriate supplier as per supply chain strategy request quotations and set up parts lead time.
Calculate maintain List Price of spare parts using global pricing methodology.
Handling daily backlog communicate with other departments publishing data in business systems.
Supporting parts Item setup QuickShip and installed base data management.
Reporting and developments
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Work systematically and professionally in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.

For This Role You Will Need:
University or College Engineering/Technical related degree
Confident written and oral English
Social/communication skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Purchasing skills
Economic skills
Other technical skills
Strong MS Excel knowledge
Fisher product knowledge
Systems knowledge of ERP systems
