Job Description Summary

Join GE Vernovas Power Conversion & Storage business and contribute to the global push towards energy efficiency and decarbonization. We work with some of the worlds major energy maritime and industrial organizations providing our specialist motors drives and control technologies.

Job Description

  • Programme Start:Late June 2026
  • Community:Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the Buddy programme for guidance from current interns.
  • Development:Access mentorship professional registration support and specialized training.
  • Gain Experience:Apply your skills within one of our mechanical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: must be currently studying at a UK university and have completed a minimum of 2 years of study in mechanical engineering robotic/ mechatronic engineering design or related fields and on track to receive a 2:1 degree.
  • Skills:Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology and eager to learn.
  • Eligibility:Unrestricted permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
