A full-time on-site role in Takapuna Auckland. You will be an integral member of a small team responsible for supporting our IT users devices and facilities to run smoothly and safely. Use your expertise in problem solving to improve customer experience by enabling our people to gain maximum benefit from Inland Revenues workplace devices applications and facilities.
Our team is responsible for IT equipment user support mail staff/contractor access vehicle fleet building maintenance including air conditioning cleaning and site this varied role you will:

Utilise your excellent people skills ability to relate to and connect with a wide range of backgrounds ages and cultures. A genuine enjoyment in communicating with people.
You must be well organised and be able to quickly adapt within an often-fast paced environment retain new information learn new technologies and systems.

Workplace Services focuses on the day-to-day performance management & monitoring of 3rd party Workplace Service Providers. Along with looking at ways of improving our process and performance. Te Tari Taake Inland Revenue plays a critical role in improving the economic and social wellbeing of Aotearoa New Zealand. We do this by collecting and distributing money - we collect 80% of the Crowns revenue and distribute social support payments.
