Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the DealHub platform including setup configuration user permissions and maintenance.
- Manage playbooks approval workflows and templates within DealHub.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot user issues and act as the liaison with DealHub support when needed.
- Ensuring data flows smoothly between DealHub CRM ERP and other sales tools.
- Document system processes configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Remain current on Salesforce and DealHub best practice technologies and certifications.
- Play a key role in prioritizing process and system initiatives to enable corporate visibility and decision making.
- Weekly collaboration with Sales Marketing and Support organizations to identify prioritize and implement changes to the DealHub or Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to streamline and automate quote-to-cash processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to reduce friction and improve time-to-close.
Requirements
Skilled Salesforce and DealHub Administrator to support and optimize our sales tech stack with a focus on Salesforce CRM and DealHub CPQ.
The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for DealHub ensuring seamless quote-to-cash workflows managing configurations supporting users and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. You will work cross-functionally with Sales RevOps Finance and Marketing teams to drive efficiency and improve the sales process.
The right candidate will play a critical IS role by translating business requirements and data into meaningful insights process improvements and automation. This role interfaces with all business functions drives adoption and leverages Salesforce to solve advanced business problems.
To succeed in this position you must be an analytical detail-oriented self-starter who is curious and comfortable in the role of Salesforce thought leadership. Exceptional communication and soft skills are required for this role.

Required Job Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud preferred).
- 1 years of experience with DealHub CPQ (or similar CPQ tools like Salesforce CPQ Apttus).
- Strong understanding of sales processes CRM architecture and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Experience creating and managing reports dashboards workflows and process automation.
- Excellent communication analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Experience writing user stories and working with agile development teams to execute.
- Ability to generate business process/workflow diagrams.
- Strong problem solving consultative and influencing skills.
- Must be highly productive when working independently and work well in a team environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- DealHub Administrator Certification (or strong proven hands-on experience).
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Einstein and/or Tableau
- Prior experience with a multi-tier distribution or channel-based Go-To-Market strategy
- Working knowledge of SoQL and/or SQL related tools.
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Cloudingo and/or equivalent
- Experience with Marketo and/or Hubspot
