Job Summary
- Directs plans and coordinates all activities involved in the development and revision of proposals. *
- Manages the Proposals Department staff sometimes through subordinate managers in the absence of the Proposal Director.
- Reviews and approves content for inclusion in proposals. *
- Oversees graphics or graphic design word processing printing and delivery of accompanying presentations. *
- Ensures that proposals are completed and submitted by deadline. *
- Coordinates proposal reviews with management and other internal stakeholders. *
- Responsible for assessing results of projects within department. *
- Supports developing and maintaining policies and procedures directly related to department. *
- Serves as liaison for the department in interactions with other departments customers or government agencies.
- Responsible for compliance with regulatory guidance pertaining to contracts and bid activity. *
- Assists in structuring facilitating and staffing for strategic planning activities in the organization.
