Job Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Inventory Specialist handles all duties relative to merchandise (general merchandise parts and accessories) receipt and shipment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all duties related to merchandise.
- Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory.
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory accuracy and control inventory related records.
- Create special orders as directed by the manager.
- Notify appropriate department when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
- Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
- Assist with organization and cleanliness of inventory area.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory as well as verifying receipts against purchase orders.
- Comply with all company policies procedures and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience is a plus but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer competency and basic math skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
