ND Landscape is a premier landscape company of over 40 years specializing inhigh-quality construction projects for both residential and commercial pools and patios to planting designs and outdoor living spaces we bringclients visions to life with craftsmanship and care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Design-Build Sales Specialistto join our team. This role involves selling landscape constructionprojectsincluding pools patios plantings and morewhile ensuring anexceptional client experience from first contact through project ideal candidate is driven organized and capable of meeting sales goalswhile also assisting with marketing strategies to grow our brand and clientbase.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities withresidential and commercial clients.

Meet with clients on-site to discuss projectneeds and design concepts.

Prepare and present detailed proposalsincluding pricing timelines and designs.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to sourcematerials.

Work closely with the construction team toensure smooth project delivery.

Lead pre-construction meetings to align clientexpectations with the project team.

Monitor and manage the marketing budget toensure effective use of resources.

Track and achieve seasonal and annual salesgoals.

Maintain strong ongoing client relationshipsthroughout and after project completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales preferably inlandscaping construction or a related industry.

Strong understanding of outdoor living projects(pools patios plantings masonry etc.).

Excellent communication presentation andorganizational skills.

Ability to work both outdoors with clients andindoors for administrative tasks.

Willing and able to meet with prospectiveclients before and after work based on clients schedule.

Experience with budgeting marketing strategiesand sales performance tracking.

Team-oriented with the ability to bridgeclients and construction teams effectively.

Proficiency with BOSS LM software MicrosoftOutlook Teams and other Microsoft Office functions.
