Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to our team. This is a full-time in-person position working onsite 5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers handling inbound leads and earning commission through performance.
Automotive experience isnot required we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
$3000/month guaranteed base salary
Commission paid on appointments shows and/or sales(based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incominginternet phone text and email leads
Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team
Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
Follow up consistently with prospective buyers
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals
Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages
Organized reliable and goal-oriented
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience inBDC call center inside sales retail hospitality or customer service
Automotive dealership experience
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
