Chester California (On-site)

Salary: $90000 $110000 DOE

This is a high-visibility role working closely with operations resource teams and company leadership.

What Youll Do:
- Lead monthly financial reporting and budget variance analysis across multiple business units
- Manage inventory accounting (logs lumber byproducts) reconciliations and cost analysis
- Oversee multi-entity financials and grant compliance for large-scale federal/state/local funding
- Support operational decision-making with meaningful financial insights and project analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company procedures
- Supervise and mentor an Accounting Technician fostering a high-performance finance culture
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong background in operational and manufacturing accounting
- 5 years of experience (wood products or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Supervisory experience and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our Lakeview OR facility and corporate office
