Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Build and maintain relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing
• Develop and support cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new prospects
• Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based client-focused approach
• Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect
• Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions
• Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
• Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals

• Genuine enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping clients manage everyday risks and recover from the unexpected
• Proven ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

Base salary range: $40000 to $55000 plus new business commission

Earning potential: Up to $100000 with commissions

Role Requirements:

• Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
• Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
