Job Description

As a Store Supervisor youll support the management team in driving sales delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will be a role model for the team helping to coach motivate and inspire them to meet targets and embody the Skechers brand.

Youll be responsible for contributing to exceptional customer experience throughout the store you will support with daily operations and help motivate the team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the store team to achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is consistently positive

  • Support the Store Manager with operational tasks such as stock management visual merchandising and opening/closing procedures

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in line with company policy

  • Supervise and motivate staff during shifts ensuring productivity and high standards

  • Train and support new team members

  • Ensure compliance with company policies health & safety and loss prevention standards

What were looking for:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory roleis essential for this role

  • Flexible and adaptable with availability to work weekends evenings and bank holidays

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for customer service

  • The ability to motivate and inspire others

  • A proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • An interest in footwear fashion or active lifestyle is a plus
