What will you be doing
You will be responsible for leading client service operations and program management functions with Coles. You will have overall accountability for all client deliverables and ensure that exceptional standards of operational excellence and data quality are maintained.
You will bring a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a consulting mindset to lead the delivery of contracted services to Coles and implement a culture of continuous improvement. You will maintain deep understanding of customer needs and requirements provide consultative advice and recommendations for improving organisational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and day to day management of the team inspiring and motivating them to achieve high performance
- Accountable for the delivery of assigned projects and deliverables within agreed commercial parameters and consulting hours
- Proactively consult with the Coles team to manage and enhance the flow of data between Circana and Coles
- Facilitate issue resolution for all retail deliverables by identifying and correcting data placement and model issues proactively
- Analyse and evaluate current systems and processes taking the lead on new operational and service-based process improvements
- Assist with internal strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within Retail and drive within Coles
- Design and implement processes identify coverage gaps within clients data models and brief corrective action to Data Capture and Data Works teams
- Accountable for building rapid rapport with key client contacts and improving client satisfaction and NPS (net promoter score) measurements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG or Retail industry
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team by providing strategic direction hands-on mentoring and coaching to enable growth and drive performance
- Capability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support business objectives and drive successful outcomes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
