Working through Rural and Remote Mental Health Services (RRMHS) youll drive the development implementation and evaluation of training initiatives that empower staff enhance clinical practice and support recovery-focused care. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

As the Clinical Training Lead you will:

  • Lead the planning delivery and evaluation of mental health training and development across Regional Local Health Networks.
  • Apply clinical expertise to identify workforce learning needs and improve competency across diverse mental health teams.
  • Design and implement evidence-based education programs that support best practice and recovery-oriented care.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic education initiatives that support service delivery.
  • Support a positive learning culture by mentoring clinicians reviewing practice and aligning training with current policies and models of care.
