Sign-on Bonus: $1000

Schedule: 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 1:30 am M - Th. (start at 1:00 pm with OT). Shift differential for this shift.

What Were Looking For

A driven Welder to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.

What Youll Do:

Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead you will fabricate daily orders.

What We Need From You:

Competent in welding technique and integrity MIG and/or TIG
Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
Ability to adjust the machine to the appropriate thickness
Ability to position pieces into jigs fixtures and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
Produce product to quality standards
Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
Machine/material knowledge operations light maintenance safety requirements
Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisors
Requires assistance in blueprint reading
Willing to work occasional evenings weekends and holidays
Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

1 years of experience MIG welding.
Knowledge of the metalworking industry equipment and processes.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit stand kneel stoop walk or sit for long periods of time.
Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
