Position Summary:
Direct responsibility for securing and managing the corporate relationships and agreements within assigned IHNs IDNs Group Purchasing Organizations and other corporate accounts as determined by the VP Commercial Operations and the National Director Corporate Accounts
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieves sales profit and share growth objectives within targeted IHNs IDNs Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts.
- Prepares strategic plans to build long term partnerships within targeted IHNs IDNs Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts.
- Develops and implements the plan of action for meeting these objectives acting as the overall project lead to coordinate activities across internal Werfen departments and teams.
- Negotiates and maintains Corporate Agreements for Werfens products.
- Conducts regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
- Provides market intelligence for the Sales organization.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by VP Commercial Operations and the National Director Corporate Accounts.
- Responsible for complying with all ISO mandated policies procedures and instructions.

- The Corporate Accounts Director will interface on a regular basis with customer service marketing sales operations finance field service clinical specialists and other functional areas across the organization as needed.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Bachelors degree (business or scientific discipline preferred)
- Minimum of five years prior sales experience. Medical and/or capital sales into IHN market preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- Previous experience in a corporate environment a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of health care market
Travel Requirements:
Candidates must have direct experience within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry including familiarity with regulated product development clinical applications or commercialization of diagnostic instruments and assays.
The annual base salary range for this role is currently $160000 range to $200000 range. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education relevant experience skillset knowledge and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical dental and vision insurance 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match as well as paid vacation and sick sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our managementand select professional rolesare eligible for a performance-based bonus.
