We are Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS) a division of the FORTNA Group. LPS supports every FORTNA customer by providing tailored services for delivered components transport and sorting solutions. We maintain modify and optimize systems offering our clients support.

We are looking for a Service Planner.
Role Overview
You will be a crucial link between the customer internal and field service teams. Acting as a coordinator you will plan all operational activities including malfunctions inspections maintenance and this role you will closely collaborate with all stakeholders including the customer account managers project and contract managers service engineers third parties and suppliers. Your goal is to plan operations as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Organizing and Planning
Plan on-call services inspections maintenance and projects for both internal and field service teams.
Initiate and schedule outsourced services.
Developing Optimizing and Improving Planning Activities
Work with your colleagues to further develop the planning process and implement improvements.
Optimize operations in the broadest sense ensuring that inspections maintenance malfunctions and projects are executed more efficiently and effectively.
Customer-friendly and service-oriented mindset
A true team player with strong communication skills both internally and externally
Well-organized and decisive
Solution-focused and proactive approach
At least 2 years of experience in personnel planning within a service-oriented technical and/or logistics organization
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Proficient in Microsoft Office
