Where you come in:
- Develop and own the business case for international expansion partnering closely with regional leaders to identify market opportunities regulatory requirements and commercial strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teamsincluding R&D Program Management Regulatory Marketing and Commercialto define and deliver region-specific product requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regional stakeholders ensuring alignment on priorities timelines and success metrics.
- Collaborate with regions on market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies for each region.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for international launches from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-market optimization.
- Champion a user-first mindset advocating for features and experiences tailored to local needs languages and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to navigate local frameworks and ensure successful product approvals.
- Monitor performance and adoption in each region leveraging analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of global trends in digital health biosensor technology and international market dynamics to inform product innovation.
What makes you successful:
- Proven experience in product management for international markets preferably in digital health medical devices or consumer technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and lead cross-functional teams through complex multi-region projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across cultures and time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep empathy for users in diverse regions and a passion for creating intuitive empowering experiences.
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance constraints in multiple countries.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support product launches and stakeholder engagement.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
