Shift:Monday - Friday 5:30 am 2:00 pm
Location: Bellevue Spring District OR Redmond Willows Corridor
Pay range: $22.00 - $27.00 based on skill experience and/or education.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 1 3 years of experience.
  • Display intermediate pastry skills and knowledge.
  • High-volume restaurant and/or catering experience is ideal in this role as we operate in high volume!
  • Operate designated equipment confidently familiarly precisely and safely.
  • Maintain production of high quality consistent items for each service.
  • Provide precise and accurate counts of pieces produced.
  • Be a team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a patient attitude and a positive demeanor even under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn new recipes and new production styles.
  • Sense of urgency reliability and flexibility.
  • Able to work with a team in a safe manner.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • This role provides a great opportunity for continuous learning. Our menus change DAILY and we aim to serve a wide variety of styles and cuisines. On our team youll support breakfast lunch and dinner services. Some of the products in our rotation are - choux cookies travel and layer cakes yeasted doughs quick breads cheesecakes mousses laminated doughs gluten-free and vegan items.
  • Our goal is to maintain a high level of quality so its important in our roles to adhere to recipes and methods set by the Pastry Chef team.
  • Embrace the opportunity to explore new recipes and techniques bringing innovation to our culinary creations.
  • Put the finishing touches on items for service by baking doughs and batters portioning filling building and decorating desserts.
  • Collaborate with cooks and managers from other departments fostering a spirit of teamwork and resource-sharing.
  • Ensure timely and intact deliveries by working closely with our shipping and delivery team.
  • You may also engage with our dining guests with information on the menu served: including flavor profiles and allergens.

  • Must have a valid Food Handler Permit within 10 days of starting
  • Must have non-slips shoes in the kitchen
  • Must complete all required trainings Learn Legal and Privacy
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic English (speaking writing reading)
  • Ability to stand walk bend twist and balance to perform job tasks
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with Washington States Fair Chance Employment Act RCW chapter 49.94
