- Calculer et établir les prix de revient
- Etablir et analyser le compte de résultat du site de production
- Etablir et diffuser les tableaux de suivi de lactivité de la business OEM (maille produit et maille client)
- Exploiter et analyser ces résultats pour identifier les inducteurs de coûts
- Préconiser des recommandations pour améliorer la performance industrielle
- Etablir et diffuser les tableaux de bord ratios et indicateurs (matières premières main dœuvre énergie frais fixes...) permettant de suivre lamélioration de la performance industrielle.
