In this role you will provide accurate and timely scanning of health record documents and maintenance of the Scanned Health Record System (SHRS).
The Position
Accurate and timely scanning of health record documents in the Scanned
Health Record System (SHRS).
Prepare health records for scanning.
Upload electronic documents into the SHRS.
Perform quality activities on scanned documents.
Correct identified anomalies in the SHRS.
Perform HIS clerical duties as directed.
Participate in the ongoing development and training programs.
All other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager Health Information Services.
You will have to demonstrate commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment.
To be considered for this position you will need to have ability to work a range of shifts including weekends as well as extra shifts as required. Previous HIS clerical experience is preferable.

The Benefits
Salary: $36.48 to $37.53 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
