The Opportunity:
This is a great full-time permanent opportunity for a Clinical Manager to work closely with another onsite Clinical Manager to collaborate lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and services helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Kew.
You will be a clinically focused experienced aged care professional who can engage with your team to coach and mentor drive continuous improvement whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and person-centred care.
Things that work for us:
AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice
Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process
Demonstrated collaborative leadership style
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
Successful completion and maintenance of Responsible Person screening checks. This position is considered a Responsible Person role being accountable for day-to-day operations and having authority decision-making influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
