Were looking for three thoughtful and purpose-driven Business Development Managers - Enterprise & Government to join our growing team. Youre someone who builds trust through empathy curiosity and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Youre energised by collaboration and take pride in guiding customers toward meaningful solutions. You bring a thoughtful approach to complex challenges and enjoy working in a values-led environment where relationships matter.

  • Have a deep understanding of technology solution selling - especially cloud SD-WAN security and managed services.

  • Bring experience working with enterprise and government sectors (selling complex solutions is a bonus but not essential).

  • Think creatively and position Aussie Broadband as a true technology partner.

  • Feel comfortable engaging with C-Level stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.

  • Can manage a dynamic pipeline across enterprise segments with care and focus.

  • Are comfortable presenting complex solutions in a way thats clear commercial and human.

  • Advocate for strategic opportunities and know how to bring them to life.

  • Enjoy representing your team at industry events roundtables and networking opportunities.

  • Stay curious about the tech landscape and what our industry peers are up to.

  • Are experienced in guiding customer engagement for tenders and large responses.

  • Know how to work with technology vendors to build reciprocal value-driven partnerships.
