Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Pharmacistfor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications following prescriptions and institutional protocols.
Manage IV room operations sterile processing and medication preparation.
Maintain accurate documentation in pharmacy systems and EMRs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper medication use and patient safety.
Respond to inquiries from patients and staff regarding medications and therapies.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned in line with professional standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.
Valid NYS Pharmacist license (Primary Source Verification required).
Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems.
Knowledge of sterile processing IV room operations and EMR systems preferred.

Education:

Pharmacy degree and licensure required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
