Position Overview:
We are looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find choose afford and engage with the services products and professionals they need to get and stay healthy!

Key job responsibilities
Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
Collaborate with other staff pharmacist to ensure all produced packet and bulk sets undergo a thorough quality assurance check prior to shift end.
Collaborate with other staff pharmacist to ensure all production relative to new business lines undergoes a thorough quality assurance check prior to shift end.
Complete ancillary housekeeping pharmacy tasks including checking returns inputting medication rejects overseeing medication substitutions and canister approval.
Answer clinical questions provide clinical guidance
Investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
Collate and deliver pertinent pharmacy information to distribution team.
Ensure compliance with all company procedures Federal/State laws rules and regulations.
Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction.
Work Shift/Schedule
Wed-Sat 6.30pm-5am (4 ten hours shifts/week)

Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures
Document professional communications/interactions appropriately
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
Participate in quality assurance activities
Provide clinical guidance/support
Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff
Support interdepartmental communication and workflows

Each Full-Time Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard competitive Compensation & Benefits package:
o Estimated total compensation of $140000 annually
o Earn up to $157000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable)
o Wide-ranging Benefits that sets industry standards
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of employment (additional licenses may be
- required)
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
- Exemplary interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
