Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our development at Sylvaner Court in Basingstoke. With a can do attitude youll prioritise and manage your own workload independently.

This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. Lone working youll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.

Organised and able to work on multiple tasks youll have a good understanding of building maintenance as youll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the property. Youll also oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning gardening and window cleaning.

Youll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents contractors and clients.

As the first point of contact for any resident complaints leasehold enquires or property alterations youll be able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus.

A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role as you will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word.

The scheme comprises 24 apartments and 3 townhouses and benefits from a communal lounge landscaped gardens a laundry room and a guest suite. Additionally there is a Scheme Managers office on site which is located in the main building.
