Service Leader Outside School Hours Care

• Dedicated non-contact hours for your program and administrative responsibilities
• Part-time ongoing role 40 hours per fortnight
• Provide children with extended learning fun and leisure experiences

Your new role

As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our Portland North OSHC.

You will drive quality sustainability and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework taking our OSHC programs to the next level.

Your skills and experience

Youre known for your advocacy and passion for high-quality OSHC programs and have a track record in supporting and leading people.

You will also bring with you:

• An ACECQA approved qualification (check your qualification here).
• Demonstrated organisational skills to juggle competing priorities and manage timelines.
• Experience in people management supervision performance management and administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with sound ability to write professional work instructions.
• Strong understanding of OSHC operational requirements including demonstration of applied knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
