Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing and market access strategies for assigned therapeutic areas drugs and brands.
Prepare and submit market access dossiers to relevant regulatory authorities to secure optimal reimbursement.
Analyze health economics data and trends to inform pricing decisions and support business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials payers and opinion leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and market access initiatives.
Monitor and communicate changes in the local regulatory and reimbursement environment.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on market access plans and objectives.
Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management.

Essential Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in public health health economics or a related field.
Proven experience in health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of pricing reimbursement and market access processes.
Ability to analyze and communicate scientific legal and economic topics clearly.
Excellent relationship-building skills with government officials regulators and key stakeholders.
Well-developed knowledge of the local regulatory environment and healthcare system.
Fluent English both written and spoken.

Desirable Requirements

Fluent Polish both written and spoken.
Experience working with international teams or in a global pharmaceutical environment.
