Job Summary

Our facilities are vibrant action-oriented environments - a hub of activity where visitors can play learn to swim go to fitness classes train and take part in sporting events.

We have a large fun team who get to work with the community every day - it is an extremely rewarding environment with plenty of laughs along the way.

What you will be doing

Making Customers feel welcome respected and supported
Operating the point-of-sale systems
Supporting the operations of the café and shop
Providing information to Splash Centre Customers
Operating the inhouse computer systems to process pool bookings

What were looking for

A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work weekends/evenings and some public holidays (suitable for students)
Food handling and Barista skills though not essential would be an advantage
