As aDigital Sales & Marketing Tools Specialist you will playa central rolein co-creating tools and processes that support our B2B customers and commercial teams across Europefrom first interaction to long-term service support.
BDRThermeaGroup developssmart heating and cooling solutions for homes and commercial buildings rangingfrom hotels and schools to apartment complexes and retail spaces. To accelerate our growth we haveestablisheda newglobal Sales & Marketingteam for the commercial business combining data insights marketingcontentand digital tools toincrease our commercial salesgrowth.
This role is all aboutcollaboration and connection. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe to understand local needs share best practices and ensure our digital tools support the entire customer journey.Youllact as a connectoraligning local requirements with global priorities and working side by side with central IT R&D and other functions to deliver effective solutions.
This is a hybrid role. We value flexibility and collaboration:youreencouraged to spend at least two days per week in our office in Apeldoorn and one day in our Amsterdam hub while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs.
ManagingandimprovingourCRM system(Microsoft Dynamics 365)quotationtoolsconfiguratorsandportals.
Partneringwithlocalsales & marketing teamsacrossEuropetocollect feedbackanddrive adoption.
Translating the needs of different customer segmentssuch as specifiers property developerscontractorsand installersinto clear requirements for tool development and enhancement.
Ensuringdigital toolsalignwiththecustomerjourneyanddelivermeasurablecommercial impact.
Collaborating closely with our central IT department R&Dand business colleagues to execute on the digital roadmap.
Monitoring dataqualityandgeneratingactionableinsightstosupport salesandmarketing.
Approximatelyfiveyears of experience in a commercial or digital business environment.
ProvenknowledgeofCRM systemsanddigital customer tools.
Stronganalyticalskillsandcomfortwithdashboards (Excel Power BI Tableau).
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills: youareable toconnect local and global perspectives.
A Bachelors orMasters degree in Digital Business Marketing DataAnalyticsor a related field.
For bonus points:Experience in B2B technical industries such as HVAC Energy or Building Solutions.
