Job Summary

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the design facilitation and implementation of existing / new processes in production/assembly lines
Responsible for study and implementation of capacity management activities for planned and projected product development/production requirements & business objectives.
Plan develop and implement projects to improve productivity process efficiency and deliver yield improvement
Ensure documentation of processes in authorised formats / Advanced Product Quality Planning.
Instituting and implementing process improvements to address increased levels of productivity quality and cost reduction is critical.

Desired Profile:

B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) with 10-12 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 13-15 years in Manufacturing Process Engineering.

Mandatory to have experience in Machining and Assembly such as turning milling HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) VTL (Vertical Turning Centre) and Subassembly Process.
