Were looking for a Digital Media Channel Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Sales Enablement team you will be responsible for the development delivering and optimisation of our online media channels delivered through during an exciting time of transformational change for the Tesco media business.

What youll be working on

  • Lead the optimisation of online media channels focusing on Onsite brand and performance placements on and Tesco app.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product and Sales teams to create collateral that supports the sales process and drives adoption of Display and Sponsored media across
  • Support with the development of sales training programs to enhance the digital skills and knowledge of the sales team upskilling teams on new media solutions and ensuring they are empowered to pitch digital media solutions to market.
  • Collaborate on the go to market launch plans to help shape our media offering. Providing digital expertise materials tools training and support to internal teams and the sales team with new media solutions.
  • Ensuring all onsite sales collateral is current relevant and the proposition narratives align to customer needs and market trends
  • Creating channel strategies and performance updates by using dunnhumby and Tesco insights. Utilise insights to develop channel recommendations and thought leadership across the digital retail media landscape
  • Lead workstreams with Tesco Online and Content teams to align objectives and success metrics.
  • Work in tandem with the Media Channel Manager and the Sales leads to create strategies and tactics to meet commercial targets for digital.

What we expect from you

  • Prior experience either in digital media planning or commercial experience with a focus on digital channels.
  • Experience in E-commerce for CPGs Retailers and/or agencies.
  • Knowledge and passion for Retail or Media with a customer first approach.
  • Proven successful track record of managing external client relationships of all levels.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to build a compelling media solution and curate a narrative.
  • Excellent communication presentation storytelling and collaboration skills.
