Blueprint Medicines a Sanofi company is a global biopharmaceutical company that invents life-changing medicines. We have a track record of success with two approved medicines including AYVAKIT/AYVAKYT (avapritinib) which we are bringing to patients with SM in the U.S. and Europe. Leveraging our established research development and commercial capability and infrastructure we aim to significantly scale our impact by advancing a broad pipeline of programs ranging from early science to advanced clinical trials in mast cell diseases and solid tumors.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated graduate-level co-op student interested in contributing to our drug discovery programs with a focus target validation and assay development for testing candidate drug compounds. This student will apply advanced molecular biology techniques to evaluate candidate compounds and contribute to the scientific direction of our programs.

ONSITE EXPECTATIONS: This is a lab-based position and the Co-op is expected to work onsite 5 days/week.

Our Co-op Program:
Blueprints Co-op program is 6 months long. The program is designed to provide students with deep functional expertise within their department and a broad understanding of the life sciences -ops are paired with dedicated mentors for personalized learning and career development guidance. The program includes lunch and learn sessions networking events a student volunteer day and other networking opportunities. It culminates in a final poster presentation where interns showcase their work.
Dress Code: Blueprints offices are a business casual environment. Business casual means attire that is professional but also relaxed such as slacks or business dress pants skirts/dresses khakis chinos or dark jeans without holes paired with button-down shirts sweaters blouses or polo shirts and closed-toed shoes. It typically excludes formal suits or very casual clothing such as athletic wear or flip flops.
Spring 2026 Co-op Program Dates: Monday January 5th Friday June 26th
Pay Range: Our Co-ops are paid hourly based on previous Co-op experience. The expected pay range for this role is $32.00 - $35.00per hour.
Who will my employer be
You will be employed by Magnit LLC for all purposes and not Blueprint Medicines a Sanofi Company. As your employer Magnit will assign you to provide services to Blueprint as a co-op or intern. Under this arrangement co-ops and interns will have the opportunity to learn about Blueprint Medicines a Sanofi Company and gain meaningful hands-on experience. Please note: Co-op and interns are not employees of Blueprint in any way and do not qualify for participation in Blueprints benefit plans.
